Ultimate Indonesia 2010

The special live aboard diving tour in 2010 will include the diving highlights of Indonesia. We will start with the top dive sites of Ambon and the Banda Sea and will then continue to the North and dive the famous dive sites of the Raja Ampat Islands off the west coast of Newguinea.

The Banda Sea is situated in the centre of the Indonesian Archipelago and is the only deep sea bassin in Indonesia with a depth exceeding 5800 m.
Out of this abyss rise the famous Banda Islands which will be our main destination in the Banda Sea. Our voyage will start in the critter-capital of Ambon where only recently a new species of frogfish has been discovered.

Our ship and home during this ultimate Indonesia tour will be a totally new ship which is still beeing built in Tanah Beru, in the South of Sulawesi. MSV Amira has enough space for more than 16 guests in double and single cabins. Cruise Director and divguide is Bruno Hopff, former dive guide and cruise director on the Paisabatu. He is one of the most experienced skippers to be found in Indonesia and knows the Indonesian seas like very few other people. Nitrox is available for free!

Look here for a video documentary showing the building process of our new ship until September 2009:
